ATHENA Program Defined
ATHENA is a women's 21-day mindset training program that connects participants to their internal monologue system (IMS) by utilizing similar mental strategies of noted and respected mental coaches. It also implements motivational tools utilized by some of the greatest athletes of our time. But ATHENA distinguishes itself from there.
The ATHENA IMS training program leverages the synergy of Story Trapping, Starter Block Trapping, Digital Deprivation, Battle Testing, Intermittent fasting, and pivotal New Moon lunar cycles. This program provides accurate insight; a practice for self-inducing the Alpha Brain Wavelength. ATHENA makes becoming a "walking meditation" possible.
ATHENA produces a heightened state of alpha brainwave consciousness.
It promotes neural plasticity which causes the brain to possitively reprogram itself and eliminate subconscious, detrimental habits and mindsets. Subsequently, focus and Conscious Creativity is amplified. This 21-day intensive is designed to ignite the mind, body and spirit.

In a world filled with distractions, Prodigy Mindset aims to honor and preserve the practice of reading. Therefore, there are no videos, audio modules or meetings to attend. ATHENA is an Email/SMS based program.
