The ATHENA IMS training program leverages the synergy of Story Trapping, Starter Block Trapping, Digital Deprivation, Psychological Distancing and Construal-Level Theory (CLT), and pivotal New Moon lunar cycles. This provides accurate insight and a practice for self-inducing the Alpha Brain Wavelength. ATHENA makes becoming a "walking meditation" possible.
